16 Companies Started a Mentorship Program on Inclusive Language

The second stage of training on inclusive communication in corporate environments, organised by the Bulgarian Diversity Charter, began in November. Sixteen companies and organisations across Bulgaria have embarked on a one-month journey to enhance their skills and expand knowledge-sharing among employees.

Participants are implementing a variety of activities tailored to their workplace dynamics. These include revising job postings and PR messages, creating glossaries of inclusive terms, developing guidelines and policies on inclusive communication, conducting internal surveys, organizing workshops, and more.

This mentorship program is part of the NICE training, which commenced with learning sessions in October. Upon successful completion of the mentorship phase, participants will receive certificates from the Bulgarian Diversity Charter during an official ceremony.
