Welcoming new signatories and celebrating EU Diversity Month

This special event will celebrate our newest signatories – companies and organizations that have committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within their corporate cultures by joining the Charter.
Bulgarian Diversity Charter Annual Meetup 2025

The event will convene signatories, public sector officials, civil organisations to highlight the importance of a culture of mutual respect and belonging especially in times of turbulence. The event is held annually in May to mark EU Diversity Month.
Launched in 2020 as a joint initiative of the Centre for the Study of Democracy and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum aimed to promote diversity management at the national level, today the Bulgarian Charter has over 100 signatories. New-comers over the last 12 months will be officially welcomed in the community and will take the floor to highlight the benefits of diverse teams and an inclusive working environment. The official part will also showcase the latest developments within the Building Bridges project of Shell, Lidl and HPE where they have joined efforts to spread best practice in DEI. The networking cocktail will provide attendees to meet and chat.
EU Diversity Month 2025: promotes and raises awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion in our workplaces and in the society throughout the European Union. It celebrates organisations’ efforts in building a diverse workforce and in creating inclusive working environments.
