The EU Platform of Diversity Charters supports exchange and collaboration among national Diversity Charter across the EU. It features all 27 Diversity Charters that operate in Member States. The Platform’s Newsletter showcases activities, good practices, and initiatives of national Diversity Charters. It is published about 5 times a year.
The latest issue of the Newsletter highlights the “Building Bridges” initiative led by Shell Bulgaria EAD, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria, and Lidl Bulgaria with the support of the Bulgarian Diversity Charter. This initiative aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria to develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies and practices by offering expertise, tools, advice, and targeted training.
