European Charters
EUROPEAN CHARTERS
Diversity Charters encourage organisations (NGOs, public bodies and private companies) to develop and implement diversity and inclusion policies. By signing a charter, the signatory voluntarily commits to promote diversity and equal opportunities in the workplace. Becoming a signatory provides access to vast peer network, publications and supporting tools for benchmarking, measuring and monitoring. Bulgaria is the 25th EU Member State to have launched a Diversity Charter.
The interactive map below will take you to the websites of the operating Diversity Charters across the EU.
In 2010, the European Commission initiated and funded the creation of the EU Platform of Diversity Charters. The Platform offers a place for existing Charters to exchange and share experience and good practices.
