Initiated in November 2023 by three of the most committed signatories of the Bulgarian Diversity Charter – Lidl Bulgaria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Shell Bulgaria, together with the co-founder Center for the Study of Democracy – the survey on diversity management in the workplace is now officially completed!
This voluntary initiative led by the three companies aims to transfer experience and knowledge in the field of inclusion, equality and diversity policies from large companies to small and medium-sized enterprises in Bulgaria. The Bulgarian Diversity Charter supports the action through its expertise in the field. We would like to thank the initiators and the tens of participants from across the country who took part in the online survey.
