Start 2026 by acquiring key knowledge! The Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria (CWBB), in partnership with the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and with the support of Lidl Bulgaria announces the fourth edition of the successful Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Certification Academy.
- What should you expect? Seven thematic modules (from January 23 to April 17, 2026) covering equality, the benefits of inclusion, overcoming unconscious biases, inclusive leadership and communication, and more.
- Trainers and lecturers. This programme brings together experts from leading businesses (Siemens, UniCredit Bulbank, Lidl Bulgaria, Coca-Cola HBC, Shell and others) and Sofia University academics.
- Successful graduates will receive a postgraduate qualification certificate and will become part of the Alumni club to the Council of Women in Business in Bulgaria.

For another year Lidl Bulgaria is providing five full scholarships for study at the Academy supporting highly motivated participants to acquire key knowledge.
