How to build an inclusive environment without legal risks? Join Lidl Bulgaria’s free training!

In today’s world, diversity and inclusion are not just a trend, but a key to success. With our partners to the “Building Bridges” initiative at Lidl Bulgaria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Shell Bulgaria, we invite you to join our mission.

The Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA) is directly involved in supporting and developing small and medium-sized businesses in Bulgaria. In its capacity as Bulgaria’s National Contact Point for Responsible Business Conduct, BSMEPA has joined the “Building Bridges” initiative, recognizing it as its mission, which would bring great added value to participants. Using the results of a survey among SMEs, Lidl Bulgaria has created resources to assist you.

In partnership with Lidl Bulgaria, we invite you to a free practical training session on: “Discrimination or not – legal aspects of equality” with guest lecturer Mileslava Bogdanova, a renowned expert in labor law and personal data protection. The training has been designed specifically for small and medium-sized companies and will provide you with core knowledge of:
