Inspiring meetings of the EU Platform of Diversity Charters in Brussels

Bulgarian Diversity Charter team – represented by Tatyana Novossiolova, senior analyst at CSD and Ani Ivanova, communications manager at BBLF had the pleasure of joining the EU Diversity Month launch event and the European Capitals of Inclusion and Diversity Award ceremony on 21-22 April  in Brussels.

Happy to attend alongside Pavlina Bachvarova,  project manager at the Team, training and development directorate, and Marina Bogdanova, management systems, responsible and sustainable management  manager at Fantastico Group, a signatory and recent big prize winner of our Diversity at Work award.

The events brought together Charters, signatories, civil organisations, local authorities and European Commission officials to discuss, inspire and celebrate efforts to foster equity and inclusion across workplaces and societies.

Delighted to again talk shop with 27 Diversity Charters across the EU: equality data collection, redefining DEI, diverse challenges in the age of AI, inclusive leadership and much more.

In addition to the official events, a working meeting was held by the European Platform, which brings together the 27 Diversity Charters across EU countries. The plenary sessions addressed topics that are of great concern to us today: equality data collection, redefining DEI, the challenges and opportunities of artificial intelligence, and inclusive leadership.
