Lead by Example: 2025 Diversity at Work Award is now open

We are delighted to share the prestigious 2025 Annual Responsible Business Awards, the first and foremost national awards for companies with purpose, are open!

The 23rd edition of the prestigious corporate social responsibility and sustainability competition, mottoed Lead by Example will once again honour successful campaigns benefitting people, the community, and the Earth that companies implemented in 2025 in addition to their core business.

As you may know, five years ago we introduced a special Diversity at Work category in order to encourage and recognize best corporate practice in building an equal and inclusive professional environment. We kindly invite you to enter your effective and inspiring DEI campaigns!

Three reasons to share your experience:

⭐ receive well-deserved recognition from an unbiased jury;

⭐ showcase your strategy, efforts, and impact;

⭐ Lead and motivate other organisations to follow suit!

The Award is open to all companies regardless of size, industry, location, and membership in BBLF or Bulgarian Diversity Charter. Applications may also be submitted by their civil sector partner or communication agency.

Are you our next DEI champions? Please check out the terms and other details on BBLF’s web page.

Last but not least, now is the right time to position your company as a partner of the Award to benefit from all the advantages the three-month campaign provides (sponsorship packages)!

For details do reach out to the BBLF team at office@bblf.bg and 02 986 5202. Lead by example! The deadline expires on 31 January.
