Can you support a new research project by sharing your experiences in diversity and inclusion policies and practices in your workplace? Fill in an online survey and share your views!
The online survey is part of a study examining the impact of European Commission diversity and inclusion policies. This study has been commissioned by the European Commission DG Justice and Consumers (DG JUST) and is conducted by a consortium led by Risk & Policy Analysts (RPA), supported by CSR Europe, European Small Business Alliance and Tilburg University.

The objectives of this study are to investigate the benefits and potential business case for private and public organisations to pursue diversity and inclusion policies; and to reveal the impact of the EU Platform of Diversity Charters and the benefits, challenges and impacts of signing a Diversity Charter.
