Prejudice helps no business

At the end of last month, a nation-wide quantitative study by the marketing agency BluePoint, implemented in January 2021 by commission of TELUS International Bulgaria, was published. According to the results, one third of all respondents point out that there are in fact bias and prejudice on the market that negatively affect job candidates in Bulgaria, while 63% encounter arrogant and paternalistic attitude, as well as ambiguous work conditions and job descriptions. Kristina Ivanova, Director for Bulgaria and Operations VP at TELUS International Europe, addresses these concerns, and sheds light on TELUS’s campaign bent on combatting workplace prejudice and bias.
