We are pleased to announce that our partners from the Diversity Charter Greece are holding the 5th Diversity in Business Conference 2023 in Athens, Greece at 5 October 2023.
The conference will delve into essential areas of diversity, including gender, age, race, color, disability, chronic disease, national or ethnic origin, and sexual orientation, gender identity. The event will feature fireside chats with institutional representatives, executives of leading brands, and institution leaders, discussing the importance of diversity acceptance and establishing frameworks for the implementation of a philosophy of inclusion and integration in businesses and society. The conference will also offer inspirational talks emphasizing the freedom to ‘live as you choose,’ explore international trends and business opportunities arising from embracing diversity, equity and inclusion. The Agenda envisions innovative topics, inspiring speakers and a panel discussion dedicated to the NICE initiative focused on neutral and inclusive communication in corporate environments which is implemented by the Diversity Charters in Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, Romania and Lithuania.
The conference will be held in a hybrid format, combining physical presence with digital (virtual) transmission. It will take place in a physical and “digital” space at the same time, where speakers, audience and sponsors participate, equally in physical presence, but also remotely.
