International White Cane Day is celebrated every year on 15 October to draw public attention to the challenges of visually impaired people and their socialisation.
Synergia Foundation, a valued member of the Bulgarian Diversity Charter, has been working for nearly 10 years to improve the well-being of people with visual impairments and organises an urban blindfold walk – Sofia Blind Tour.
