The survey investigates good practices that promote and encourage the use of inclusive and neutral language in the workplace as part of D&I management. It also explores the awareness of the concept and the various dimensions of inclusive communication that acknowledges diversity, conveys respect to all people, and is free from expressions that reflect prejudiced, stereotyped or discriminatory views of particular people or groups.
It is conducted under the EU-funded initiative ‘Neutral and Inclusive Communication in Corporate Environment (NICE)’ implemented by the Diversity Charters of Cyprus, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania and Lithuania.
