Women in Leadership: Lead with depth. Grow beyond roles

The Telerik Academy Upskill Women in Leadership program helps women understand the patterns that shape how they lead, especially in the moments where leadership becomes most real: pressure, uncertainty, visibility, and conflict.

It is geared toward mid- to senior-level professionals (with at least 2 years of managerial experience) ready for more visibility, influence, or systemic change.

After completing the program, participants will be able to:

  • Lead authentically: Align who they are with how they lead across all areas of life and work.
  • Build trust: Create strong relationships and navigate conflict with confidence and empathy.
  • Think holistically: Move from reactive doing to intentional impact with sustainable results.
  • Strengthen resilience: Lead with clarity through uncertainty and complexity.
  • Deepen impact: Enhance their leadership through self-awareness and relationships with others.
  • See differently: Expand their mental models to navigate ambiguity and paradox.
  • Navigate conflict with grace: Step out of power struggles and into conscious dialogue.

This is not about quick fixes, it’s about long-lasting change that starts from the inside out.

The program has a duration of four months starting on 3 November 2026. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until 25 October 2026.

The programme is conducted online in Bulgarian but all training materials are in English. Participation in the programme can be easily combined with a full-time job.

Further information about the programme, lecturers, and application process is available here.
