Intellias will host She Is Tech 4.0 online on 5 November 2026. The fourth edition is expected to bring together around 2,000 women from technology, business and leadership to share practical experience, make professional connections and discuss ideas shaping their industries and careers.
The programme will cover responsible use of AI, leadership, entrepreneurship, neurodiversity, social impact and motherhood in tech. Discussions will also consider how businesses, international organisations and communities can contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable future of work.
Speakers include Laura Fernández Giménez (allWomen), Alina Konovalchenko (UN Global Compact Ukraine), Gabrielle Tang (SheSharp) and Jarune Preiksaite (Women Go Tech).
The initiative also supports learning and networking beyond the conference through its Discord community, webinars, mentoring programmes and partnerships. Members can share experiences, exchange knowledge and build professional relationships throughout the year.
Created by Intellias and supported by UN Women, She Is Tech promotes greater gender balance in technology. Its first three global conferences brought together more than 7,500 participants from over 60 countries.
The event is open to professionals at every career stage, students and career changers, as well as allies, partners and employers supporting women in technology. Participation is free but prior registration is required. Registration and the full programme are available here.
