Bulgarian Diversity Charter is a joint initiative of the Centrе for the Study of Democracy (CSD) and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF) to promote diversity management in the workplace. Launched in 2020 by 12 co-founding companies, it now has over 100 signatories.
