We look forward to having you join us to exchange experience, knowledge, and good practices in support of autistic adults.
We also invite you to explore the TalentED Handbook. Its main purpose is to serve as a comprehensive resource for employers, career counselors, trainers, and policymakers, as well as other stakeholders, in creating inclusive workplaces for autistic people. By understanding their specific needs and the adapted approaches and strategies implemented across several European countries, these stakeholders will be better equipped to recognize the diverse needs, potential, and benefits of autistic individuals as employees. This, in turn, can contribute to a more inclusive work environment and a more productive workforce.
The Handbook includes a detailed framework describing the unique strengths of autistic people and areas for development, as well as professional role profiling cards aligned with these strengths. The resource is available in both Bulgarian and English.
