What do we offer?
- Unpaid internships lasting from one to four months.
- Flexible working hours and the possibility of a hybrid working model.
- Working desk in the offices of the Center for the Study of Democracy and the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum.
- A variety of substantive tasks – our interns don’t make coffee!
- Participation in the organization and delivery of events and trainings.
- Communication with a network of national and European partners.
- Gain experience in implementing DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) initiatives.
- Certificate of completion of the internship.
What are you going to do?
- Developing and editing texts and training materials in Bulgarian and English on the DEI topic.
- Communicating with members of the Diversity Charter.
- Organization of events and trainings.
- Participating in the management of a mentoring programme for inclusive communication in the workplace.
- Participation in the maintenance of the Charter’s social networks and website.
- Supporting the day-to-day activities of the Charter team.
