Throughout May, Fantastico is taking part in the European Diversity Month initiative. The campaign aims to promote equality, inclusion, and respect for differences not only in the workplace but also beyond it. The company’s participation is a natural continuation of its long-standing commitment to fostering a supportive environment where everyone is valued and accepted. This year’s European campaign is held under the theme “Unity in Diversity.”
Throughout the month, the company will place a special focus on topics such as acceptance, tolerance, and respect. Both employees and customers of the retail chain will be encouraged to get involved. On 21 May, the World Day for Cultural Diversity, a dedicated space will be set up in one of the company’s supermarkets where visitors will be able to leave personal messages and words of kindness, demonstrating that tolerance begins with each of us. The initiative will result in a colorful wall symbolically reflecting diversity both in the workplace and across society.
Fantastico is the recipient of the prestigious “Workplace Diversity” award at the Annual Responsible Business Awards organized by the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum and is also a signatory of the Diversity Charter in Bulgaria. The company is a member of CEIBG, Lead Network, and the Women’s Empowerment Principles. Fantastico provides long-term support to organizations that empower people with different abilities, including Jamba, Cedar Foundation, adaptive sports clubs, and others.
