With this event, we aim to offer a positive and inspiring perspective on professional and personal potential after 50.
The forum challenges the traditional notion that our professional peak is behind us and presents 50+ as an age of accumulated expertise, confidence and opportunities for new achievements.
At the heart of the forum are successful careers, entrepreneurship, leadership and new professional roles – as well as people who reach the strongest period of their professional lives after 50.
We will also explore the vision for the development of people 50+ and the role of the state in supporting this potential; how to plan wisely for additional income and the decades ahead with greater confidence, independence and choice; how AI is transforming professions and the labour market; and which uniquely human skills are becoming increasingly valuable.
