As part of the “Diversity and Inclusion: Building Bridges” initiative led by Lidl Bulgaria, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria, and Shell Bulgaria, in collaboration with the CSD and Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency (BSMEPA), Hewlett Packard Enterprise Bulgaria is organizing a free practical training session on “Invisible Biases.”

The training examines the invisible biases that often influence our decisions, interactions, and work environment — without us even realizing it. Participants will learn how to recognize, overcome, and transform them into conscious and inclusive practices that promote diversity and equal opportunities.
