The Bulgarian Diversity Charter joined the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the French Diversity Charter in Paris last week

On January 13 and 14, Diversity Charters from across Europe gathered in Paris to honor the oldest European Diversity Charter, the French Charte de la diversité, and to commemorate its remarkable two-decade journey. In 2004, France paved the way as the first country in Europe to establish a Diversity Charter, igniting a movement that continues to champion diversity, equality, and inclusion. Today, this initiative has grown exponentially—more than 5,500 organizations in France and over 17,000 across Europe have embraced a Diversity Charter, recognizing diversity, equity, and belonging as fundamental pillars of success.

The #EUPlatformDiversityCharters, uniting all 27 national Diversity Charters, came together at the iconic L’Olympia to celebrate this milestone. The event was an inspiring exchange of ideas, where we tackled local challenges, shared valuable insights, and highlighted best practices to further our collective mission.

Be a catalyst for change! Sign the Bulgarian Diversity Charter today and join our commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace – because diversity benefits us all.
