In the last 20 years one of the main focuses of the business has been the achievement of a balance in human and process management. A number of studies show that processes develop due to the good management of the human aspect in the organisations. The management of attention, impression, expectations, attitudes, and emotions of persons in the organization can be effective via the management of employee diversity as well. Specialists and consultants in the field of human resources have long been on the opinion that the management of human resources is not an automated process, but a managerial skill of utilizing the diversity and individual differences of employees in any business sector.
Individual differences approach theorists look at personal traits as characteristics, individuality qualities or psychological processes, which could be the reason for different behavioural reactions in the multitude of situations in the social and professional sphere.
