A First in the European Diversity Charters Community
The European Diversity Barometer stands as the first diversity observatory to unite signatories of all diversity charters across the European Union. Through a common questionnaire, members can compare their DEI progress with peers across Europe, gaining inspiration, knowledge, and motivation to push forward on their diversity journey.
Participation in the European Diversity Barometer requires completing a mandatory questionnaire every three years. This helps maintain a robust and up-to-date overview of diversity efforts across the continent.
Most of the Bulgarian Diversity Charter signatories have already submitted their results. If you have not yet completed the European Diversity Barometer questionnaire, we urge you to do so by the deadline of June 30, 2024.
