After joining the Diversity Charters in Bulgaria and Romania, on 30 May Takeda organized a webinar dedicated to DE&I for its Romanian and Bulgarian teams.
Keynote speakers were Dimitar Markov, Law Program Director at the Bulgarian Centre for the Study of Democracy (CSD), Maria Stoyanova, CSD‘s Law analyst, and Luiza Banyai, Ambassador of the Romanian Diversity Charter.
The speakers shared their insights and experiences on the importance of diversity in the workplace, and how it can positively impact both individuals and organizations. They also discussed the challenges and opportunities that come with promoting diversity, and how to create a more inclusive work environment. The webinar was held under the 2023 European Diversity Month.
