OPEN: Experiential Workshops on Trust, Inclusion, and Effective Teams

The greatest risks within organisation do not stem from processes but from the relationships between people – from a lack of trust, poor communication, and a lost sense of belonging.

The OPEN initiativeOpenness. Participation. Empowerment. Networking – launched by the Trust for Social Achievement is not just another HR activity. Rather, this is a strategic instrument for entities which cherish institutional culture as a business asset.

The OPEN initiative supports:

  • An inclusive culture and psychological safety.
  • Trust and direct, effective communication.
  • Managing differences and cultural diversity.
  • Greater engagement and talent retention.

What makes OPEN different?

OPEN is a facilitated experiential workshop based on David Kolb’s model:

Concrete experience → Reflective observation → Abstract conceptualisation → Active experimentation.

Participants don’t just listen passively; they experience real-life situations, recognize their own reactions, and practice new models of interaction.

OPEN doesn’t lead people to forming a concrete opinion but it helps them understand why they hold certain beliefs.

The OPEN model can be implemented at different levels or stages of maturity of organisations.

Why is OPEN necessary right now?

  • Organizations are becoming more diverse, and conflicts are becoming more costly.
  • Technology automates tasks, but not human relationships.
  • People don’t leave companies; they leave environments.

OPEN helps you create an environment where people don’t just stay – they engage, contribute, and grow together with the organization.

The OPEN format

  • Half-day or full-day workshops;
  • 10–15 participants;
  • At your office or at an off-site location;
  • Immersive simulations + facilitated discussions
